Sakho Group's Digital Transformation
Strategic redesign positioning Sakho as India's leader in advanced garment machinery and bonded technology
Sakho Group
Info
Sakho Group, a global leader in bonded garment manufacturing and machinery, partnered with Foxgrid to modernize their digital presence. Despite having world-class facilities, Sedex-certified working environments, and long-standing relationships with premium fashion brands, their previous website failed to reflect their scale or credibility. This project delivered a full transformation centered on a responsive, narrative-driven website that now builds trust, showcases capabilities, and drives global inquiries.

Breaking Down the Challenge
Understanding Our Audience
Through comprehensive stakeholder interviews with Sakho's founder, sales leads, garment manufacturing managers, and finance heads, we identified two primary user groups with distinct needs and decision-making priorities.
→ Manufacturing companies seeking bonding and garment machinery solutions
→ Want to understand Sakho's machinery partnerships
→ Require easy contact access for consultation
→ Fashion and accessory brands looking for bonded garment production capabilities
→ Focus on quality standards, ethical certifications, and production capacity
→ Seek proof point like past client, facility, and process
Phase 1: UX Architecture
03/07
Business Objective: Generate Qualified Leads Across Both Business Verticals
We restructured the brand narrative into three distinct verticals: Garment Automation, Manufacturing Capabilities, and Strategic Partnerships. This allowed prospective buyers to self-identify their needs and navigate with clarity.
Phase 2: Visual Language and Asset Development
Business Objective: Establish Market Leadership & Credibility
Foxgrid conducted a full 5-day onsite shoot, producing a one-minute B2B brand video and a full photography library. These assets humanized the team, highlighted ethical operations, and established visual legitimacy. Strategic color and typography palette selection emphasized clean, tech-forward, and professional visual language.
Phase 3: Web Design & Development
Business Objective: Communicate value proposition and story
We designed and built a fully responsive website on Framer, with attention to intuitive flow, trust triggers, and and strategic content hierarchy.
Clean aesthetic mirrors precision manufacturing ethos. Thoughtful motion design elevates navigation and enhancing comprehension, seamlessly guiding the user. The design language balances industrial authority with modern approachability, reflecting Sakho's evolution.

Key Takeaways from the Journey
This project reinforced my belief that great design comes from deep client partnership. Spending time with Sakho's founder and sales teams showed me how to translate complex manufacturing expertise into compelling digital narratives.
I learned that successful B2B design isn't about beautiful interfaces but understanding buyer psychology, where strategic information architecture directly impacts lead quality and conversion rates.
